Before joining Moreland, Kari spent more than 30 years as a senior insurance producer at Gurry & Rogers Insurance Agency, specializing in personal and commercial insurance. A trusted advisor to individuals, families, and business owners, she is committed to building long-term relationships and delivering expert guidance and tailored solutions for Moreland clients.

Originally from San Diego, Kari lived in Colorado before settling in the Pacific Northwest, which she has called home since 1983. She has two adult children, Carmen and Sam, and partner Mike. In her free time, she enjoys beachcombing for local treasures and creating jewelry from sea glass, along with baking and yoga. She also loves getting away to Port Townsend and exploring Washington whenever she can.
